Nadi Reading is reading of ancient manuscripts or Nadi leaves that are associated with you. It is based on the vision of ancient sages like Sri Agastya Bhagawan as well as instructions of Lord Shiva. It is NOT dependent on any planetary positions. Nadi readings relate to your soul's past journeys, current journey or lifetime and future lifetime.
It looks at your prarabdha karma, or the karmas you were born with. Remedies or pariharams suggested in your Nadi leaves aim to lessen the impact of those karmas and address issues that could arise in the future. Nadi remedies deal not only with the nine navagrahas, but also with various deities.
Astrology is based on individual horoscopes drawn from the time and place of birth and the planetary positions at the time of birth. Horoscope-related charts and readings are based entirely on planetary positions and mostly involve remedies related to the nine navagrahas.
